Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all digital products and services offered by Yoga et Bien-être. We provide digital-only yoga tutorials and wellness education materials delivered online. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing, as it explains how refunds work for digital content, what exceptions may apply, and what information is required to review a request.

1) Digital Products — No Physical Returns

All products sold on Yoga et Bien-être are delivered exclusively in digital form. This includes downloadable PDF guides, streamed or downloadable video lessons, guided audio sessions, and other educational materials related to yoga and well-being.

Because nothing is physically shipped, traditional returns and exchanges do not apply. Once access to the digital content has been granted (including via download links, streaming access, or account delivery), the product is considered delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that there are no physical returns for digital goods.

2) When Refunds May Be Approved

Digital products are generally non-refundable. However, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis when there is a verified issue that prevents proper delivery or use of the purchased materials. If your situation matches one of the scenarios below, we may approve a refund or provide an equivalent resolution.

  • Non-delivery of access: You did not receive access due to a confirmed technical issue on our side, and we could not resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.
  • Defective files: Files are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

3) When Refunds Are Not Approved

Refunds are typically not granted for reasons related to personal preference, subjective expectations, or circumstances outside our technical responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after receiving access, downloading, streaming, or using the materials.
  • You expected a different teaching style, pace, outcome, or format than described on the product page.
  • You do not have the required device, compatible software, or stable internet connection.
  • You did not follow included instructions, prerequisites, or safety recommendations.

4) Refund Request Window

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval; each request is evaluated based on the circumstances and available evidence.

If the issue can be resolved by restoring access, re-sending files, or replacing corrupted materials, we may offer that solution first to ensure you receive what you paid for.

5) How to Request a Refund

To help us process your request quickly and accurately, please include the details below. Requests missing key information may take longer to review or may be declined if we cannot verify the purchase or the issue.

  • Your order number (or proof of purchase)

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots or supporting evidence (if applicable)

6) Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

In cases where access restoration or file replacement resolves the issue, we may complete that fix instead of issuing a refund, especially when the customer can successfully receive and use the purchased content.

7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue, please contact us first. Most problems can be resolved quickly through support. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can temporarily restrict access to digital content while the dispute is reviewed.

We reserve the right to provide order confirmation and delivery evidence (including access logs) to payment processors when responding to disputes, in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.

Our yoga and wellness tutorials are educational and intended for general well-being. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
